Hello, it’s me again, so today I’ll present to you my 4 th article.
So in this article I’ll talk about original food in Budapest. In a first time, in Hungary one of the first plate when you want to eat something in a restaurant is called the Goulash soup.

This meal get is own history, Its origin traces back to the 9th century to stews eaten by Hungarian shepherds. Back then, the cooked and flavored meat was dried with the help of the sun and packed into bags produced from sheep’s stomachs, needing only water to make it into a meal.
It’s compose of different things like some pork meat, some vegetables (Potatoes, carrots, peppers).
Communatly, it’s accompgany with a spicy salse and it’s presented in a small meal.

After this first plate you can also take another one or you can test a local cake which is know all around the worl. It’s called the “Dobo cake”. It’s compose of many floor, approximatly five and one is chocolate, next one is compose of some vanilla and other kind of aroma.
The round sides of the cake are coated with ground hazelnuts, chestnuts, walnuts or almonds.
